Crea!, Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Crea! application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Crea! provides a suite of tools designed to enhance your productivity with Microsoft 365 applications. This includes features such as file saving, organization, communication tools, and more.

3. User Account

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities or actions under your account.

4. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Crea! grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device that you own or control.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities. This includes but is not limited to:

• Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App or its servers.

• Using the App in any manner that could harm minors.

• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in the App, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Crea! or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any Crea! trademark, logo, or other proprietary information is prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications to Service

Crea! reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Crea! shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

9. Termination

Crea! may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Crea! expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Crea!, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the App, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms of Service

Crea! reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
